FAQ
Flights to Socotra?
Starting February 3rd, enjoy non-stop service between Jeddah and Socotra. Flights operate Tuesday to Monday and are accessible solely through registered tour operators.
Entry visa?
The only requirement for the visa is a copy of passport. The visa will be automatically applied when we issue your flight ticket and carrying a copy is no longer required.
Mobile & Internet?
Wi-Fi is now accessible at nearly every campsite. While we provide our own mobile Wi-Fi service, its availability may vary based on group size and specific site conditions.
Toilets & Showers
All sites include toilets and showers. We supply fresh water, toilet paper, and hand soap for all guests.
ATMs?
While ATMs are available in Hadibo, they only support a limited range of international cards and have strict daily withdrawal limits. We strongly recommend bringing $500 to $700 in cash as an emergency backup.
Travel insurance?
For your peace of mind, please ensure your travel insurance policy includes comprehensive coverage for flight and tour cancellations, including those caused by weather conditions or unforeseen political unrest.
