We provide comprehensive emergency medical assistance throughout your stay in Socotra. This coverage includes 24-hour emergency medical support and ambulance services, with a total benefit limit of $20,000 USD.

Coverage is provided for essential medical treatment resulting from illness or injury sustained in Socotra. This includes hospitalisation, surgical procedures, nursing care, and general medical expenses, up to a maximum limit of $20,000 USD.

In the event of a fatality, we provide coverage for local funeral arrangements in Socotra, including all necessary administrative procedures and family liaison. Alternatively, we will cover the costs of remains preparation for repatriation to the UAE. Please note that international airfreight and flight expenses are not included.

In the event of a flight cancellation while in Socotra, we will provide coverage for meals and accommodation at one of our approved suppliers, up to a maximum of $1,000 USD. Please note that this coverage does not apply to cancellations occurring while in the UAE.
