Flights to Socotra?
Starting February 3rd, enjoy non-stop service between Jeddah and Socotra. Flights operate Tuesday to Monday and are accessible solely through registered tour operators.
Entry visa?
The only requirement for the visa is a copy of passport. The visa will be automatically applied when we issue your flight ticket and carrying a copy is no longer required.
Mobile & Internet?
Wi-Fi is now accessible at nearly every campsite. While we provide our own mobile Wi-Fi service, its availability may vary based on group size and specific site conditions.
Weather?
The season runs from early October to the beginning of May. Expect rain during December and January. Temperatures rise above 35c from March onwards.
Diving?
The best diving months are October, November and March to May; with clear visibility and low currents, diving equipment is limited. Must book in advance. See our Diving tour.
Outer Islands?
Due to limited supplies and services we do not offer any tours to Socotra’s outer Islands at the moment.
Toilets & Showers?
All sites include toilets and showers. We supply fresh water, toilet paper, and hand soap for all guests.
ATMs?
ATM is available in Hadibo, but limited to some international cards and daily withdrawal limits, we still highly recommended to bring $500 to $700 as an emergency cash.
Travel insurance?
For your peace of mind, please ensure your travel insurance policy includes comprehensive coverage for flight and tour cancellations, including those caused by weather conditions or unforeseen political unrest.
